A 13-week nutrition mentorship for women who are done with starting over & ready to become who they're destined to be.
This isn't another 6-week transformation challenge. It's the work of becoming her.
13 Weeks · 5 Phases | Daily Lessons & Journal Prompts | Bi-Weekly Group Calls | Training Programs Included
What this actually is
Most programs hand you a meal plan and disappear when the timer runs out, leaving you right back where you started, waiting for the next fresh start. This program is different. It's built to teach you how to avoid another "I'll start on Monday" ever again. Over 13 weeks it mirrors the first three months of working with me 1:1: we build the self-awareness, the fundamentals, and the systems that let you make your own decisions and adjust on the fly, so nutrition stops being something you restart on Monday and becomes something you own.
You'll learn how to fuel your training, quiet the all-or-nothing voice, step out of the restrict-and-rebound cycle, and stay consistent when life is messy, not just when conditions are perfect. The goal isn't a six-week transformation. It's autonomy that lasts long after the course ends.

What's included
Who this is for
You train hard. You're capable. You're just tired of the cycle: the restarts, the rules, the quiet self-criticism.
Ready
Thirteen weeks of mentorship, structure, and community, plus the tools to be intentional with your nutrition for the rest of your life.
You must be ready to commit to CHANGE, open to accepting failure and slip-ups as a means to learn, and ready to do the work to truly step into your power.
